Climate Change

As the effects of climate change become more severe, such as increasing temperatures, rising sea levels, and more frequent and intense natural disasters, more and more people are forced to leave their homes and communities.

This can happen in a number of ways. For example, people living in coastal areas may be forced to migrate inland as sea levels rise and make their homes uninhabitable. Similarly, people living in areas affected by drought or other forms of extreme weather may be forced to migrate in search of food, water, and other resources. In this way, climate change can lead to increased human displacement and can exacerbate existing humanitarian crises.
